Work Experience

Practical experience allows the student to apply and integrate the knowledge gained through formal education.

This component of the co-operative diploma program consists of 1200 hours of paid or volunteer work in the student's area of specialization.

The work experience must be documented to the satisfaction of Gaia College. No credit will be granted for prior work experience. The mentor must sign all documentation the student submits to Gaia College in support of work experience.
